Are the candles gift-ready?

Yes. Every candle comes presented in a velvet gift pouch and includes a gift tag for your "To" and "From" message.

Can I add a card?

Absolutely. You can add a greeting card at checkout and include a personalised message.

What are the candles made from?

Our candles are made from soy wax and are hand-poured in Sydney, Australia.

How big are the candles?

Each SOLEA candle is 4oz, making it the perfect little gift for birthdays, thank yous, celebrations and everyday moments.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.

Can I send a candle directly to someone else?

Of course. Simply enter their delivery address at checkout and we'll send it directly to them. No pricing information is included in gift orders.

Do you offer gift bundles?

Yes. You can make your gift extra special with optional add-ons such as greeting cards, confetti, Polaroids, cookies and more.

What if my order arrives damaged?
